Early Childhood Music Education Matters

Joyful Hearts Music offers warm, playful Music Together® family music classes for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and their grownups in San Diego.

Classes are held at Golden State Ballet Academy in the San Carlos / Allied Gardens area, conveniently located near Grantville, Mission Valley, La Mesa, Tierrasanta, College Area, and surrounding neighborhoods.

In our mixed-age classes, children and caregivers sing, dance, move, play instruments, and explore rhythm together in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Music Together® is a research-based early childhood music program designed to support your child’s natural musical growth while creating joyful connection for the whole family.

Summer registration is open, with flexible options available for traveling families. We would love to make music with you!

Traveling this summer?

We know summer can be a busy season for families, and many of you may have travel plans. Summer registration is still open for classes with space available, and prorated tuition may be available for new registrations based on your family’s travel schedule.

If your family will be out of town during part of the session, please email me before registering with the dates you’ll miss. I’m happy to help with a custom registration option so you only pay for the classes your family can attend.

Already enrolled? If your family needs to miss any classes during the session, please let me know. I will offer makeup credits for missed classes that can be used toward any future Joyful Hearts Music session.

Current summer classes are offered on Sundays at 8:45 AM and 9:45 AM. We would love to make music with your family this summer!
